Our program unites a multidisciplinary team of all the specialists that may be needed to evaluate and treat your problem—in one location. They include:

Your Treatment Plan
Because of our multidisciplinary care, we are able to create a personalized treatment plan that’s right for you. Our specialists offer a full range of the latest medical and therapeutic approaches, procedures and technology. These include non-surgical options, as well as innovative minimally invasive techniques and leading edge surgical treatment of spinal disorders.
All of our patients benefit from the resources and support of a spine care coordinator, who navigates every aspect of each patient’s care.
Bobbi Krause Leben, MD: A physical medicine physician specializing in spine care rehabilitation, pain management and non-surgical interventions, including epidurals and EMG/NCS.
Benjamin Holmes, MD: A chiropractor with classic manipulation training as well as specialized training in biomechanics, myofascial release and rehabilitation of patients with spine problems.
Jonathan Pond, MD: An orthopedic surgeon specializing in care of the cervical (neck), thoracic (mid back) and lumbar (low back) spine; fellowship trained in spine surgery.
Jon Niewolny, PA-C, Shawn Murphy, PA-C and Chris Johnson, PA-C: Physician assistants specializing in the evaluation and treatment of the spine and ensuring timely access to the Spine Institute.
Jennifer Farrar, RN: A spine care coordinator who is available as a resource and support, and will navigate your care while you are a patient of the Spine Institute.
James Nicholson, MD: An anesthesiologist who provides interventional spine procedures and management of chronic pain.
Physical Therapist: Physical therapy may be used to teach you specific strengthening, flexibility and stabilization programs that you can incorporate into your personalized home exercise plan.
