We are seeking a Medical Social worker to be part of a unique
multidisciplinary team, helping to provide the best care to our patients.
Imagine yourself...providing medical social work services including
psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, advance directives and
discharge planning in a fast paced hospital inpatient, ER and outpatient
setting.
If you have a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university,
current certification in the State of Wisconsin, and a minimum of one-year
experience in acute care as a medical social worker, this may be the right position for you.
