Physical therapy practice at the Aurora Visiting Nurse Association provides a
unique and flexible setting, which allows our therapists an independent level of
practice. Therapists work 1-on-1 with their patients, helping them achieve a
very important goal, staying independent in their own home.
Home care practice allows the therapist personal flexibility for
work-life balance, by setting schedules that balance patient needs with their
own personal priorities. The home care setting is very rewarding and challenging
as it allows therapists to get to know their patients in a very personal setting
and to be creative in meeting patient's needs.
