  • Employee home ownership program: Full- or part-time employees who have worked for Aurora for at least one year, and who qualify for a mortgage loan, are eligible for the Employee Homeownership Program which provides a five-year, 0 percent interest forgivable loan of up to $3,000 for the purchase of any new or existing home, including single-family, duplex, multiple-use property or condominium. You don't have to be a first time buyer to qualify. Select Milwaukee, Inc. will offer you information and guidance when buying a home.
