Tips for Using Voice Response Access (VIP)

To access VIP the first time, enter your Member number followed by the “#” sign, then enter the last 4 digits of your social security number as your Personal Security Code (PIN) followed by the “#” sign. For your security, the first time you use the system you will be prompted to change that PIN to a new 4-digit number of your choice. This new PIN will now be your Personal Security Code. Choose a number that is easy to remember, but one that only you will know.

To access your primary savings account, enter your Member number. To access your checking account, enter your Member number and the check digit (found on the bottom of your checks). To access other savings, enter your Member number followed by the two digit subnumber (suffix). For example, if your

Christmas Club account was your savings 2, you would enter your Member number and 02 (which we call your complete account number)

When asked to make a numerical selection, follow it with a “#” sign. The “#” serves like the enter key on your computer. For example:

  • $100.00 would be entered 10000#
  • $125.03 would be entered 12503#
  • 8.50% would be entered 850#

VIP allows you to access your accounts 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week. Check withdrawals received during regular business hours will be mailed to you the same day.

To access your loans, simply enter the 2-digit suffix; you do not need to enter the complete account number.

VIP allows you to make deposits to other joint Member accounts (called “family” accounts). Please contact a Member Services Representative to set up your family accounts.

Please note: Withdrawals from Share Accounts are subject to Regulation D restrictions

– no more than 6 unsigned/ preauthorized withdrawals from non-transaction accounts in one month.
