Computer ID and passwords

Each instructor/student must obtain a computer ID and password.

• For ID and password, each school must submit the following three weeks prior to the semester
  • Last Name, First Name, Middle Name
  • Date of birth
  • Last four digits of the Social Security Number
  • Start date
  • End date
  • College
• Please use this Excel template for submitting information to obtain computer ID's and passwords.
• Submit this data minimally three weeks prior to the semester. Email us a template.
