Have you ever put off seeking medical care because of financial restrictions? The Wisconsin Well Woman Program provides women with limited financial means access to preventive and diagnostic screenings for:

  • breast cancer
  • cervical cancer

There is no premium, deductible or co-payment for utilizing the program, if you qualify. Women must be between the ages of 45 and 64, have no health insurance, or insurance that doesn't cover routine check-ups and screenings, or be unable to cover the high deductibles or co-payments.

If a Well Woman client is diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer, she may be eligible to enroll in Well Woman Medicaid to cover the cost of breast and cervical cancer treatment.

For more information about whether you meet income guidelines to qualify, call the Wisconsin Well Woman Program at 414-328-7407.
