There is no premium, deductible or co-payment for utilizing the program, if you qualify. Women must be between the ages of 45 and 64, have no health insurance, or insurance that doesn't cover routine check-ups and screenings, or be unable to cover the high deductibles or co-payments. If a Well Woman client is diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer, she may be eligible to enroll in Well Woman Medicaid to cover the cost of breast and cervical cancer treatment.
