Laurie Bailey, MD, is the first Aurora Women's Health fellow. She graduated from the St. Luke's Family Medicine Residency program prior to joining our team. She is a member of International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health, the North American Menopause Society and is a certified NAMS Menopause Practitioner. She also trained with Dr. Munirrez at the Boston University Sexual Health Center.
Dr. Stone utilizes a therapeutic model stressing a collaborative relationship with the client, spouse/partner and physician; integrating physical health with behavioral health. Francie is a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators Counselors and Therapists. She is appointed to the faculty of the Medical College of Wisconsin as a clinical assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral medicine and is also an adjunct professor at Marquette University. Biofeedback teamOccupational Therapy provides rehabilitation treatment and education for women and men who have sexual dysfunction associated with pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, scarring and some skin disorders, as well as pain in order to minimize their impact on a woman's ability to participate in satisfying sexual activity.
Dr. Tries has over 25 years of experience in rehabilitative medicine and has developed several incontinence and pelvic floor disorder programs, both in the Milwaukee area and in Illinois. She has been instrumental in the development of nationally accepted guidelines for the treatment of urinary incontinence.
Mary Plummer is an occupational therapist with over 25 years of experience in rehabilitative medicine. She has extensive experience in the specialties of biofeedback, incontinence and pelvic floor disorders.
Brenda Neumann is an occupational therapist with over 10 years experience in a variety of health care settings. She has developed programs to treat urinary incontinence in a skilled nursing facility and in a private urology practice. She is a past president of the Biofeedback Society of Wisconsin. Brenda lectures on and publishes material relative to the practice of occupational therapy and urinary incontinence. In addition, referrals to sexual health trained gynecology surgeons and for male urological needs will be made as appropriately needed.
