Gateway Technical College, established in 1911, has three full-service campuses, located in Elkhorn, Kenosha, and Racine. There is also an Aviation Center located at the Kenosha Airport and a center located in Burlington. Over 70 different program fields of study are offered at Gateway. These educational programs and services stress job training and retraining. Gateway recognizes changing educational needs of individuals and foster literacy and developmental education.

Eligibility for corporate rate depends on your corporation having at least five employees as members of Aurora Wellness Center each month. Contact Sue Kovacich at 262-767-7159 if you have any questions regarding corporate membership.

Corporations receive a discounted enrollment fee of $50. Corporate monthly dues are reduced from $50 per month to $46 per month plus tax.

Program update

Yogilates will be held at AWC from April 3-8, 2003. Join Alan Fenske and Janet Laatsch as they combine Yoga and Pilates into a complete workout using concepts of relaxation, flexibility, and core strength. Class will be held on Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Cost for members is $45 and $60 for non-members.

Spring & Summer 2003 Youth Aquatic Program Guide is now available. Spring Session will run from April 7-10. Swim lesson registration for AWC members will be on Monday, March 31 and registration for AWC members and non-members will be on April 2 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. & 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Summer I Session will run from May 27 - June 30. Swim lesson registration for AWC members will be on Monday, April 28 and registration for AWC members and non-members will be on April 30, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. Call Jennifer White at 262-767-7000 for additional details.

Youth Fitness is a hands on program designed for youth ages 8-11 who are interested in enhancing their current fitness level. They will be introduced to several areas of fitness as well as learning about nutritional information and other educational topics. Youth Fitness will run from April 1 - May 1, from 6 to 7 p.m. Cost for this program is $25. Sign up available at the Courtesy Counter.

Join AWC's Klub Kidz Summer Day Camp. Your child is now able to attend half or full days of summer camp. Klub Kidz offers a balanced, free choice, non-competitive athletic and cultural program which will give each camper the opportunity to develop his or her own skills, build self esteem and learn values in a fun, casual, and learning environment. Fit Teen is a program designed for teens ages 12-15 that are interested in enhancing their current fitness level. An Aurora Wellness Center Fitness Specialist will conduct each session that will include proper techniques in strength training and other fitness fundamentals. Fit Teen will run from April 1 - May 1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15 - 5:30 p.m. Cost is $45. Sign up available at the Courtesy Counter.
