EAP Affiliate Standards

As an affiliate for the Aurora EAP, you play an important role in supporting the reputation of the employee assistance field and the Aurora EAP. For this reason, we maintain these Affiliate Standards:

• All Aurora EAP Affiliate Providers must have a Master's level degree in a Behavioral Science, a State License/Certification, 2 years of post-degree experience and Liability Insurance.
• Affiliates must offer Clients an appointment within 2 working days of the Client's initial call to the Affiliate. If the Client declines that appointment, Affiliates should offer another appointment at a time convenient to both the Affiliate and Client.
