Aurora Employee Assistance Program account executives are all master's- prepared clinicians averaging seven years of professional experience. You will be assigned a primary account executive, supplemented by the specialized expertise and diversity of the full team. Your account executive will help you assess your company's specific needs, introduce and promote the program among employees, and report and interpret utilization. We will work with you to find a better way.

Supervisory Referrals

We provide consultation and support to help supervisors prepare for a performance discussion and make a referral to the EAP. This process helps to retain valuable employees and return team members to productive performance.

Crisis Response

EAP staff are available to quickly assess a situation and provide appropriate resources to resolve the crisis.
