Employer-sponsored clinic within current Aurora Health Care sites

Aurora can partner with your company to provide dedicated clinical space located in one of our primary care medical clinics. Aurora provides care in more than 250 locations in 75 communities throughout southeastern Wisconsin making this option convenient for your employee population.

This model could include primary care medical care like diagnostic and treatment services, vaccinations, wellness programs, mental health programs, EAP services and confidential health risk assessments that can help employees and their families make lifestyle changes that will improve the quality of their lives and lower their risk for disease.

These clinics are a practical, cost effective resource for work-related injuries, return-to-work programs and other occupational health initiatives provided by Aurora Occupational Health Services.
