The Breast Cancer Program at Aurora Cancer Care is there for you at every step. From genetic counseling to better determine your risk to a range of diagnostic tools including digital mammography, breast ultrasound, Position Emission Tomography with Computed Tomography, ductoscopy and image- guided breast biopsy, we support you with both technology and our expertise.

Our dedicated experts are involved in cancer research, which allow our physicians to incorporate new treatment options into patient care plans whenever possible. Traditionally, we prescribe a combination of treatment options for the management of breast cancer.

Aurora's Breast Cancer Program team includes surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists and other specialists as needed, meet weekly to discuss your diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. This conference is an example of the collaboration that occurs across the Aurora system. We develop personalized treatment plans for you and include the most effective treatment options including research trial opportunities.
