I like to create an environment which nurtures the art and science of fertility care which is a very personal issue for so many couples.” For more than 20 years, Mark Severino, MD, a board-certified and highly-experienced reproductive endocrinologist, has been helping couples address their infertility issues. Well-respected for his work and numerous published articles on related topics, Dr. Severino brings to Wisconsin the experience he has gained through his practices in New York, Oregon and Nevada. After medical school, he completed his residency at the State University of New York in Buffalo and received extensive training in the United States and abroad in infertility and microsurgery. He completed his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon followed by an appointment with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas. Dr. Severino co-founded the Nevada Fertility Center for Advanced Reproductive Endocrinology and Surgery where he treated advanced infertility and helped many couples achieve their dream of becoming pregnant through the use of in vitro fertilization and assisted reproductive technologies. He joined Aurora Health Care in 2002 where he developed his vision of the premiere, state-of-the-art fertility service where patients receive the most advanced and comprehensive treatment available in a friendly, respectful environment. In 2006, Dr. Severino was voted into the “Guide to America's Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists” in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Severino is the clinical director of Aurora Fertility Services in Green Bay and West Allis. “My goal is to provide a respectful and comfortable environment to help each individual realize their dream of becoming a parent.” As a reproductive endocrinologist, Ellen Hayes, MD works with couples experiencing infertility issues. While she addresses the physical obstacles to conception, she is always concerned about the emotional impact that comes hand-in-hand with issues related to an individual's ability to conceive and carry a child. She is experienced in all aspects of reproductive endocrinology and infertility including assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures and advanced laparoscopic/hysteroscopic surgery. After graduating from medical school at Loyola University – Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Illinois, Dr. Hayes completed an obstetrics/gynecology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. During her residency, she was recognized as Outstanding Resident in laparoscopic surgery. Dr. Hayes then went on to continue her advanced training with a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Emory University Medical School in Atlanta, Georgia. She has published several professional articles and worked on research projects related to infertility. A native of Michigan, Dr. Hayes currently resides in Milwaukee with her husband and children. In her free time she enjoys travel, vocal music and spending time with her family. "My patients deserve the best possible chance of becoming parents. As a board certified reproductive endocrinologist, Frank Wittmaack, MD, specializes in the care and treatment of women who have difficulty becoming pregnant or who have other reproductive or hormonal disorders. Prior to completing his OB/GYN residency at the University of Wisconsin, he spent a year conducting hormonal research at the University of Chicago. He went on to complete a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Wittmaack is trained in medical, as well as microsurgical, treatment of infertility. Prior to coming to Wisconsin he had been a clinical director in New York and Pennsylvania practices for over 10 years and has received several excellence awards. Dr. Wittmaack has published numerous articles, which have been presented at international conferences. Most recently he authored a textbook chapter on hysteroscopy. Dr. Wittmaack is married and lives in Menomonee Falls. He enjoys swimming, biking, travel and spending time with his children.

Al-Katanani, PhD, HCLD (ABB) is a board-certified high complexity clinical laboratory director with years of experience in the area of Assisted Reproduction Techniques (ART). After completing his masters of science at the University of Jordan in Amman, Jordan, Dr. Al-Katanani came to the United States to pursue his doctoral studies. He received his doctorate in reproductive physiology and embryology and continued his post doctoral work at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He has been a clinical assistant professor and the laboratory supervisor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the area of IVF and Andrology at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida for the past four years. A father himself, Dr. Al-Katanani knows first hand the joy that children bring to a family. He strives to further the resources and knowledge of reproductive medicine techniques and outcomes in the hopes that each couple seeking to start a family of their own will have the best options available to them. Dr. Al-Katanani has published numerous studies on related topics. Dr. Al-Katanani is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Association of Bioanalysis and has been a member of the Society for the Study of Reproduction for over ten years. He also was elected as a member of the Florida Chapter of Sigma Xi Scientific Research Society. Dr. Al-Katanani is an embryologist and the laboratory director of Aurora Fertility Services in West Allis and Green Bay.
