Hearing aid discount to Aurora Freedom+ members

The following Aurora Health Care sites offer a 5% discount on hearing aids to adults 55 and older. Just show your Aurora Freedom+ card or complete an application at your appointment to receive the discount.

Be sure to always show your Aurora Freedom+ card at the time of services. Discounts cannot be used or combined with insurance, Medicare, Medicaid or other government benefit programs; nor in combination with other discounts or sales. Financial assistance may be available through Aurora Financial Services.
