Center for Neurological Disorders

St. Luke's Center for Neurological Disorders offers you access to the expertise of our neurologists. The physicians, nurses, technologists, therapists and dietitians who staff the Disorders Center take a multi-disciplinary, patient-focused approach to care.

Neuromuscular disorders are among our specific areas of expertise. Our comprehensive diagnostic and treatment capabilities have helped patients from throughout southeastern Wisconsin deal with conditions affecting the skeletal muscles or peripheral nerves. Specialists at the Center employ technically advanced neurodiagnostic protocols, as well as nerve and muscle biopsy capabilities that make use of biochemical, electron microscope and genetic analysis.

Diagnostics

Precise and definitive diagnosis is key to ensuring a good outcome. Our specialists have at their fingertips the latest, most sophisticated diagnostic tools available:

  • MRI, including diffusion-weighted imaging (DW-MRI) and perfusion array
