A multi-session program taught by registered dietitians and diabetes nurse
educators designed to help you:
- Learn to manage all aspects of your diabetes care
- Understand how all foods affect your blood sugar level
- Plan meals choosing from a wide variety of foods
- Form strategies for eating at special occasions

We offer a variety of nutrition classes at our various locations.
Nutrition for Life classes
1-hour classes on a variety of topics that may include:
- Read labels and shop wisely
- Prepare healthy meals
- Increase activity
- Stay motivated
- Eat healthfully away from home
Note: Class size is limited. Partners are encouraged to attend. Held at:
Aurora Sinai Medical Center
