Center for Senior Health and Longevity offers memory loss assessments

The Center for Senior Health and Longevity offers memory loss assessments in partnership with the Wisconsin Alzheimer's Institute.

The assessments are provided as a consultation service to physicians, agencies and all others interested in improving the quality of life for persons affected by Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias.
