Palliative Care For all ages from infants to adults. Palliative Care is primarily directed at providing relief when a cure for the person’s disease or disorder is not possible. Senior Resource Nurse The Senior Resource Coordinator can assist with helping seniors and families find resources, identify safety hazards in the home and be a guide for learning how to make transitional living decisions.
