  • Palliative Care
    For all ages from infants to adults. Palliative Care is primarily directed at providing relief when a cure for the person’s disease or disorder is not possible. The eligibility criteria for hospice, that an individual has 6 months or less to live and will no longer seek curative treatment, does not apply for people seeking palliative care.

    The Senior Resource Coordinator can assist with helping seniors and families find resources, identify safety hazards in the home and be a guide for learning how to make transitional living decisions. Seniors who need information on medications and various related programs available to them can contact the Senior Resource Coordinator.
