  • Aurora VNA Medical Equipment and Supplies
    Home Medical Equipment helps patients live at home safely. VNA houses a complete stock of equipment and supplies including beds and patient lifts, wound management and decubitus care products, ostomy supplies, wheelchairs, walkers, canes, orthotics, bath and shower equipment, suction units, enteral supplies and oxygen equipment.

  • Hospice Home Care
    Hospice focuses on quality of life by keeping patients pain-free and comfortable. Hospice care can begin when curative treatment is no longer desired or effective. Hospice neither hastens nor postpones death, but recognizes dying as a normal process and seeks to help patients and their families mentally and spiritually prepare for death.

  • Hospice Residence,Aurora Zilber Family Hospice
    All ages are admitted. Three levels of care—acute pain and symptom management, respite, and residential care—are provided. Special emphasis on patients needing symptom management. The facility is within a serene park-like setting. Compassionate care is provided in private rooms with innovative amenities that provide comfort for the entire family.

  • Palliative Care
    For all ages from infants to adults. Palliative Care is primarily directed at providing relief when a cure for the person’s disease or disorder is not possible. The eligibility criteria for hospice, that an individual has 6 months or less to live and will no longer seek curative treatment, does not apply for people seeking palliative care.
