Follow-up Care

Follow-up CareAt the Aurora Sleep Medicine Centers, we provide you the support you need to ensure that your treatment is working effectively to give you a better night's rest. For individuals who have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, we provide coordinated care with the Aurora Visiting Nurse Association of Wisconsin for the fitting and instruction on the use of Continuous Positive Air Pressure (CPAP) machines – ensuring they are not only equipped with the technology but educated and prepared to use it to improve their sleep and overall health. A therapist meets one-on-one with patients to troubleshoot and personalize their therapy needs, including help with mask fittings, equipment checks and assistance with comfort issues.

The Good Night's Sleep Clinic also offers a retail shop, which carries CPAP machines and supplies, relaxation CDs and complementary medicine items.
