FREE Concussion Screenings for Student Athletes!
Concussions are always a possibility when participating in contact sports. In addition to preseason physicals, student athletes should establish a pre-concussion baseline. Should a head injury occur, on-file baseline test results can be accessed easily and read by your family physician.
Our concussion screening program features Axon™ Sports Baseline neurocognitive testing. Free screenings are available to:
- Anyone receiving an annual physical with an Aurora Advanced Physician
- Anyone participating in school or club sports where the licensed athletic trainers of Aurora Sports Medicine Institute are providing care to athletes.
- Other student athletes may obtain a concussion baseline screening for $30 at our Aurora Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine Institute locations in Hartford, Slinger and West Bend.
