Jump Start Performance Enhancement Camps

Jump Start Camps help early teen and high school athletes enhance their sports performance on the field, court and track. Held in a small group format, Camps include pre/post-testing to document participants' progress, along with injury prevention techniques. A number of the Camp offerings are gender or sport-specific.

Get a Jump Start on the competition! Your personalized pre-season strength and conditioning conditioning program includes:

• Speed and reaction time training
• Core strengthening and power building
• Injury prevention skills

Jump Start Camp dates (listed in alphabetical order by school)

Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School #1 - Boys Camp

Camp Dates
June 8 to July 17
Mondays – Wednesdays – Fridays

All grades: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Fee: $110 per person

Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School #2 - Girls Camp

Camp Dates
June 9 to July 16
Tuesdays and Thursdays

All grades: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Fee: $85 per person

Kewaskum High School #1 - Football

Camp Dates
June 22 to July 31
Mondays – Wednesdays – Fridays

Session #1: 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Session #2: 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
Session #3: 11 a.m. to noon

Fee: $125 per person
After June 12, $150 per person

Kewaskum High School #2

Camp Dates
June 22 to July 29
Mondays and Wednesdays
3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Fee: $85 per person
After June 12, $100 per person

West Bend EAST High School - Girls Volleyball

Camp Dates
June 23 to August 6 (7 weeks)
Tuesdays and Thursdays

All grades: 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Fee: $100 per person
Family discount: $175 for two siblings
After June 1, $115 per person

West Bend WEST High School - Girls Volleyball

Camp Dates
