Start Performance Enhancement Camps

Jump Start Camps help early teen and high school athletes enhance their
sports performance on the field, court and track. Held in a small group
format, each camp includes pre/post-testing to document participants’
progress, along with injury prevention techniques. A number of the camp
offerings are gender or sport-specific.
Expected gains:
- Increase core strength
- Improve reaction time
- Improve agility
