Personal Athletic Training (P.A.T.)

A certified athletic trainer from the Aurora Sports Medicine Institute will get you started on an individualized, comprehensive fitness program. We provide one-on-one personal training sessions that will be customized to fit your needs.

Packages available*

• Gold: 4 hours of P.A.T. for $199
  (12 weeks gym fee included)
• Silver: 3 hours of P.A.T. for $149
  (8 weeks gym fee included)

A la carte**

• 1 hour P.A.T. $60
• ½ hour P.A.T. $30

* Initial session is one hour with subsequent sessions scheduled in ½ hour or hour appointments.
