Performance Running Program

Run better...faster...farther!

If your performance on the pavement is falling behind, call the Aurora Sports Medicine Institute. Our Performance Running Program pairs SIMI™ state-of-the-art motion capture and analysis equipment with the outstanding skills of our sports-performance pros. This personalized, comprehensive gait evaluation and training program is ideal for runners of all experience levels.

• Video analysis, musculo-skeletal evaluation and recommendations (90 minutes) -- $150
• Video analysis and recommendations (60 minutes) -- $95
• Follow-up consult (45 minutes, no additional video) -- $75
• VO2 Max/Anaerobic Threshold Testing -- $175
