Student Sports Physicals

Aurora Sports Medicine Institute has completed our sports physical offerings for the 2011 season. If you are in need of a sports physical, please contact Aurora QuickCare.

Aurora QuickCare also offers sports physicals.

Aurora QuickCare offers sports physicals for children ages 9 to 17 – appointments are not required with evening and weekend hours available. Now through September 30, 2011, the cost per physical is $35. Aurora QuickCare uses Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA) guidelines for physicals.
