Lifeline®
The Aurora VNA's Lifeline® service gives people the confidence and freedom to live on their own by providing access to help 24 hours a day at the press of a button.
When you need help, the lightweight, waterproof button immediately puts you in voice contact with a professionally trained person who will call one of your designated nearby friends, relatives or neighbors who will come to your assistance to check on you. If you need emergency professional help, it will be called for immediately.

Lifeline with AutoAlert provides all the benefits and functionality of the standard service, as well as providing an extra layer of protection by
automatically placing a call for help if a fall is detected. The service is enabled by an easy-to-wear pendant style help button which has embedded technology to determine when a fall has occurred and automatically initiates a help
call.
