As a pelvic surgeon, Dr. Margolis has established his medical
practice to help women suffering from incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and a
variety of surgical problems involving the female pelvis.
He has held leadership roles in his field, serving as founder
and director of both the Center for Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at the Women's
Cancer Center of Northern California and the Stanford Center for Pelvic
Reconstructive Surgery/ Urogynecology, both based in northern California. Dr.
Margolis earned his medical degree at the University of Kansas Medical Center in
Kansas City, KS; he also completed his obstetrics and gynecology residency there
under the direction of Dr. Kermit Krantz. He continued with a fellowship in
pelvic surgery under the direction of Dr. Clifford Wheeless at the Emory
University Hospital System in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Utrie provides a full range of surgical and non-surgical treatments
for women experiencing urinary incontinence and related gynecologic
disorders.
After a residency in obstetrics/gynecology at Sinai Samaritan Medical
Center in Milwaukee, Dr. Utrie completed a 2-year fellowship in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery at Northwestern
University/Evanston Hospital in Evanston, Illinois.
A native of Green Bay, Dr. Utrie has been an associate professor of
urogynecology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha,
Nebraska.
