The TRILOGY study is a reasearch study that will compare two medications for the treatment of acute coronary syndrome in patients that are medically managed.

To Particpate in the Trilogy study, you must

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have had a unstable angine or certain kind of heart attack in the last 7 days
• Have had the decision to medically manage your acute coronary syndrome
• Have a least 1 high risk criteria such as diabetes, age, or prior heart attack
