Metastatic Melanoma Study
 Study Purpose:   This study takes advantage of the body's natural immune system
 to produce Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes (TIL) in a cellular therapy lab.  
TIL will then be given back to the patient in combination with chemotherapy and growth factor (Interleukin-2).
The study will determine whether this combination of drugs and cells cause melanoma tumors to "shrink" and whether it can be given safely to patients.
 
Participants must: 
  • Have melanama that has spread to other areas of the body (metastasized)
  • Have had prior high dose Interleukin-2 therapy
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Able to perform activities of daily living
Additional eligibillity criteria must be met at time of screening
