The purpose of this research study is designed to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of PFO closure as a treatment for migraine compared to medical managment.

To participate in the Premium Migraine study you must:

·        Diagnosis of having migraine headaches

·        Unreponsive to at leats two commonly accepted medication regimens prescribed by a physician.

·        Presence of a hole in your heart called a patent foramen ovale

·        18 to 55 years old
