The CHOICE study is a research study to collect data on two carotid artery stent systems and protection devices in people that are high risk for carotid surgery.

To participate in the CHOICE study, you must:

• Be 18 years of age
• Be high risk for carotid surgery
• Have a blockage in your carotid artery
