Please enjoy these recipes, and if you have a "Love Your Heart Cookbook,"we encourage you to print these recipes and add them.

All recipes meet the following healthy guidelines:

Salads, appetizers, vegetables:

  • Fat <= 4 G, only 1 G saturated
  • Sodium <= 300 mg
  • Calories <=150

Main dishes (with meat or vegetarian), soups, or deserts:

  • Fat <= 9 G, only 2 G saturated
  • Sodium <=400 mg
  • Calories <=375
