Simple Chicken Stir-Fry
- 12 oz precooked chicken strips
- 2 cup rice (cooked)
- 1 – 10 oz package of frozen stir fry vegetables
- 2 tsp canola oil or butter spray
- 1 oz water
- 1/2 cup prepared sesame-ginger stir-fry sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 c Prepared Butter Buds
In a skillet or Wok, heat oil and stir fry vegetables for about one minute on high heat. Then add chicken, garlic and cook with vegetables until hot, do not overcook vegetables. Now add the sauce, butter buds and water and stir to coat all evenly. When hot, serve over cooked rice.
