Learn About Program OutcomesThe Administrative Fellowship program is focused on creating future leaders who thrive within the complexities of the health care business. Our goal is to provide current fellows with advisors who will foster their personal and professional growth. The program is structured in a unique “triad model,” which provides multi-faceted exposure anchored by a preceptor, a mentor and a physician executive.
Our program is rotation and project-based, with experiences in Human Resources, Business Development and Finance. The fellowship is rounded out by a strong professional development focus, offering formal leadership development training as well as networking, social events and exposure to executive leadership meetings.
Five fellowships and several locations were offered for the 2020–2021 year. Applicants were asked to rank their location preferences and interviewed accordingly. The 2020-2021 locations are:
Advocate Aurora Health fellows are paid an annual salary that is competitive with other administrative fellowship programs around the country. Fellows receive the full benefits package available to employees as well as relocation assistance for those out of area.
