If you like avocados and have been looking for a way to enjoy them for dessert, give this concoction a try!
1 large avocado or 2 small avocadoes, peeled and pitted
½ cup 1% milk
¼ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Mash avocado with an electric mixer, or use a food processor. Blend in the milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Turn this into an ice cream consistency by freezing it for 30 minutes.
Chill for about 20 minutes before serving.
Prep time is 20 min. Cook in 10 min. Ready in 40 min.
