Rev up your blender and try making it for breakfast or snack.

Recipe: Mango-Banana Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:
½ cup peeled, diced fresh mango chunks
1 fresh ripe banana
4 oz. unsweetened apple juice
4 oz. fresh orange juice
2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 tsp. honey
6 ice cubes
Mint leaves for garnish

Directions:
Nothing beats fresh mango, but if you’re pressed for time, substitute frozen mango chunks (and cut back a little on the ice). The rest is easy.

1. In a blender combine all ingredients. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.

2. Pour into two fluted glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
