Yield: One 12-ounce serving;
1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
½ cup Greek vanilla yogurt
2 ounces (4 tablespoons) 100 percent orange juice concentrate
6 ice cubes
2 teaspoons sugar or substitute (if desired)
