(Recipe) Orange Glorious Smoothie

This smoothie recipe gives all of the glory to your taste buds! Whip it up for breakfast, an afternoon snack, or post-workout treat.

Made with soy milk, Greek yogurt, and 100 percent orange juice concentrate, this smoothie covers a lot of nutritional bases, including giving your immune system a boost. It’s also a great option to satisfy those cravings you get for a thick and creamy milkshake – except it has way less calories and sugar.

Break out your blender and give it a try.

Recipe: Orange Glorious Smoothie

Yield: One 12-ounce serving;

1/3 cup vanilla soy milk
½ cup Greek vanilla yogurt
2 ounces (4 tablespoons) 100 percent orange juice concentrate
6 ice cubes
2 teaspoons sugar or substitute (if desired)

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
