Yes. Please dress comfortably and modestly. If you have a question about a particular item of clothing, talk with a member of our team. Please do not bring clothing with drawstrings to the inpatient program.

Yes. We work with many insurance plans, and we’ll do our best to work with your personal financial situation. Please call our Admission and Referral Coordinator at 414-454-6694 with any insurance questions.

Monday – Thursday: 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Friday and Saturday: 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Sunday: 3 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Yes. We have created specific meal plans for individuals who choose a vegetarian or kosher lifestyle. Our dietitians will also work with you to explore the cultural and personal reasons for these choices.

Our Admissions and Referral Coordinator will email or mail you a list of things to pack prior to your arrival.

First, you’ll meet with some of our team members to fill out admission paperwork. You will receive an orientation binder, and you’ll have plenty of time to ask questions. You’ll learn the names of your therapist, dietitian and psychiatrist. 

Within the first 24 hours with us, you’ll have a physical examination, nutritional assessment and psychiatric assessment. 
During your inpatient stay, you will have a private room and access to laundry machines.

After you fill out a nutritional assessment, your dietitian will work with you to create a personalized meal plan based on your needs.

The inpatient day begins at 6:30 a.m. After we get your vital signs, you’ll have time to shower and prepare for the day. 

The partial hospitalization group arrives at 10:30 a.m., when organized groups begin. Those continue until 6 p.m. Lunch and dinner are served and are considered part of your therapy experience.
