Sick Care

When aches and pains get you down, we quickly get to the source of the problem so you can get back on your feet.

Our experts diagnose and treat minor health problems including:

  • Bronchitis, cold and cough
  • Diarrhea
  • Fever, nausea and vomiting
  • Flu (influenza)
  • Infections, including ear infections and sinus infections
  • Lower back pain
  • Minor rashes (ringworm, hives, impetigo and poison ivy)
  • Mono (mononucleosis)
  • Pink eye (conjunctivitis) and stye
  • Seasonal allergies
  • Sore throat and strep throat
  • Urinary tract infection (UTI) in women

Health Screenings and Physicals

We offer screening tests to detect conditions such as diabetes and pregnancy in their early stages. We also offer physical exams to determine whether it is safe for children to participate in physically demanding activities, such as sports. Additional fees may apply.

Health screenings available at QuickCare clinics include:

  • Blood tests to screen for diabetes and heart disease
  • Blood pressure screening to check your risk for heart disease and stroke
  • Body mass index (BMI) testing to make sure your weight is within a normal range
  • Pregnancy testing to confirm whether a woman is pregnant
  • Sports and camp physicals for children ages nine and up (call ahead for availability)
  • Tuberculosis (TB) skin testing to determine if you have been exposed to a potentially serious lung infection

Vaccines are shots that lower your risk for serious but preventable diseases. We provide vaccines to adults and children ages five and up. Additional fees may apply. Find out more about adult vaccines (shots) and children's immunizations.

Vaccines available at QuickCare locations include:

  • Hepatitis B (HepB) vaccine: You may need this vaccine if you have had unprotected sex or have been poked by an unclean needle. This vaccine may protect against hepatitis B, which can lead to severe liver damage.
  • HPV (human papillomavirus) infection: This vaccine offers young adults protection against the virus that causes most cervical cancers, anal cancer and genital warts.
  • Meningitis (meningococcal) vaccine: If you are going to be in places with lots of people living in tight quarters, such as college or the military, this shot can lower your risk for meningitis. This serious infection affects the spinal cord.
  • Pneumococcal vaccine: If you are an older adult or have serious lung problems, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), this vaccine can help. Pneumococcal protects you against ear, brain and lung infections (pneumonia).
  • Tetanus-diphtheria (Td) or tetanus-diphtheria-pertussis (Tdap) vaccines: If you didn’t receive a tetanus shot as a child, it is important to get one right away. As an adult, you should receive a Td booster shot every 10 years.
