At Aurora, you have access to more than 800 primary care providers. Our team includes doctors and health care professionals specializing in all aspects of primary care, including newborns and older adults. Primary care specialties at Aurora include:

  • Family medicine: These doctors care for people of all ages so that everyone in your family can receive care from one doctor. Family medicine providers tailored care based on your family’s changing health needs, including new allergies. Meet our family medicine doctors.
  • Internal medicine: These doctors offer the same services as family medicine. However, internal medicine doctors focus on caring for people ages 18 and older. Meet our internal medicine doctors.
  • OB-GYN (women’s health care): Some doctors specializing in obstetrics and gynecology (OB-GYN) also provide primary care services to women. These services may include women’s health screenings, such as breast exams. Meet our OB-GYNs.
  • Children’s health: We offer the same level of personalized primary care to young people. Our pediatric experts specialize in care that meets the unique needs of children from birth to early adulthood. Meet our pediatrics team.
  • Advanced practice providers (APPs): If you need care on short notice or at a specific time, it may be easier to get an appointment with an APP.
