Just like you, we never stop reaching for new goals. In 2016, we introduced a strength training program to help new runners prepare for their first 5K race. Now, we help athletes from any sport get stronger, leaner and faster.

Strength Training Program Overview

Our 6-week program combines exercises that increase your heart rate (cardio) with strength training to help you become a better athlete. Our experts help you get stronger so you can play harder in any sport. We regularly work with runners, basketball players and active people who just want to up their game.

We help you improve athletic performance and lower your risk of sports injuries with a full-body strength training program. In just 12 sessions over 6 weeks, you’ll feel leaner and be ready to push new boundaries on and off the field.

Our athletic trainers and physical therapists receive ongoing education in strength training. In fact, many members of our team are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists®. This level of expertise helps us tailor your training program so you get the most out of each session.

Thanks to our expert instructors, our program can help you:

  • Improve performance: Our program meets just twice a week, making it a great complement to your existing workout schedule. For an even bigger boost, you can develop sport-specific skills, such as running and pitching, through our other sports performance programs.
  • Avoid injuries: We’ll help you get strong from top to bottom, including muscles you might not typically work. For example, runners will receive a complete upper body workout to balance their existing leg strength. This kind of full body approach can increase performance and lower your risk of injuries.   • Get back into your sport after injury: If you’re coming off a recent injury, we help you make a smooth transition back to your normal workout routine.
