Patients must be approved by an Aurora Fertility Services physician to proceed with IVF using their own eggs prior to beginning each fresh IVF cycle. This includes patients not being eligible for Aurora Fertility Services Shared Success Program. This plan does not offer a refund if a baby is not born, nor is there any refund for fresh or frozen cycles that are not utilized

Packages are only applicable to patients with no insurance coverage. Prices are subject to change. Costs above do not include billed medications.

Risk-Sharing Programs

Aurora Fertility Services’ Shared Success Programs ease your financial risk by fixing the cost of treatment and providing a refund if you’re not successful. With a risk-sharing IVF program, the financial risk is “shared” between you and your medical provider. We define success as delivering a live baby. If a baby isn’t delivered, the refund allows you financial resources for other family-building options.

Acceptance into the program is based on criteria developed by Aurora's Fertility Services. We review cases on an individual basis and not all patients will qualify. The Shared Success Program is offered to couples after they have had a full medical screening.
