As your trusted pharmacy, we know there’s more to medication than filling it. We use generic medications when possible to offer prescription savings. How do I transfer medications to Aurora Pharmacy?

We’re close by and convenient – it makes sense to get prescriptions with us. Simply find your local pharmacy, call to request a prescription transfer and we’ll take it from there.

How will I know my medication is ready?

When your prescription is filled, we’ll automatically call when it’s ready for pickup. If you’d also like to get text message alerts and reminders, just ask your pharmacy team to update your notification preferences.

Is there an automatic refill option for my prescriptions?

Yes, our auto-refill program automatically fills your eligible ongoing maintenance prescriptions each month (or every three months). For your convenience, we’ll fill your prescription before you’re due to run out of medication. If you use LiveWell, you can update your settings to be notified when your prescriptions are filled. You can manage mail order auto-refill preferences at any time in LiveWell under Manage Mail Order Auto-Refill, or by calling 877-409-0148.*

Your medications can be picked up at your local Aurora Pharmacy or mailed to your home for free. And when you’re out of refills, we’ll reach out to your doctor to help avoid any interruptions to your treatment plan.

*Some exclusions apply. Controlled substances, medications that are prescribed to be taken “as needed,” specialty medications and prescriptions in compliance packaging are not eligible for auto-refill.

Not all insurance coverage allows enrollment in the auto-refill program. Patients covered by Medicaid outside of the states of Wisconsin and Indiana and patients covered by TRICARE (the uniformed services health care program for active-duty service members) are not eligible to enroll in the auto-refill program. Patients covered by Medicare are eligible to enroll in the mail order auto-refill program, but only after the first dispense of a new prescription.
