"As a vascular surgeon, I aim to provide my patients with the most optimal intervention, be it open surgery, an endovascular intervention or a hybrid procedure which comprises both."
I earned my medical degree from JSS Medical College, Karnataka, India. I completed my general surgery residency at Creighton University followed by a vascular surgery fellowship at Cleveland Clinic. I also received a Master of Public Health (Epidemiology) from Boston University.
Vascular surgery includes a broad spectrum of blood vessel related pathology from the head to the foot. With advancements in medicine and technology, patient treatment can often be individualized. While my practice encompasses the entire breadth of vascular surgery, I have a special interest in aortic aneurysm repair.
Having trained at one of the largest and most reputable vascular surgery departments in the country, I can perform both complex open aortic aneurysm repair and fenestrated endovascular aneurysm repair.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking and traveling with my wife.
