Andrew Navarrete, MD, works with each patient to create an individualized plan for a safe and efficient return to form, function, productivity, and a feeling of self. He performs reconstructive surgery of the face, body, and extremities related to cancer, trauma, and burn, reconstructive microsurgery, skin cancer treatment and reconstruction, breast surgery, body contouring. In addition, Dr. Navarrete has specialized training in hand and wrist surgery, including fractures, soft tissue injuries of the upper extremity, arthritis, peripheral nerve surgery including carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome, tendon repair and transfer, Dupuytren's disease including Xiaflex injections, congenital, and other upper extremity conditions.
Dr. Navarrete earned his medical degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Madison, WI. He completed his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, Madison, WI. Dr. Navarrete attended a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at UCLA, Los Angeles, CA.
