"I enjoy getting to know each person. I want to know their personal goals, interests and treat everyone as a whole person. I believe in listening as key to helping each person achieve their health goals. As a provider, I also try to practice what I advise such as healthy eating and exercising regularly. I continuously seek continued education to make sure I am up to date on the latest evidenced based medicine practices."
I earned a master's of science in nursing from Marquette University, Milwaukee Wis. I also completed a bachelor's of science in nursing from Concordia University, Mequon, Wis. I am board certified through the American Nurse Credentialing Center.
I treat acute illnesses while making sure that each patient's preventative care needs are met. I also help patients manage their chronic illnesses. As a provider, I enjoy long term goal setting and helping each individual meet those health goals. My areas of interest include hypertension and cholesterol management as well as lifestyle changes to meet each patient's optimum goals.
I have two children: a daughter, Alivia and son, Jeffrey. I enjoy participating in their school activities and volunteering at their school. We try to stay active all year round whether it is exercising at the YMCA or tubing at Sunburst. Personally, I enjoy reading mysteries and training for sprint triathlons. I also enjoy trying different types of crafts.
