"I follow an evidence-based, active-care model of chiropractic. With a belief that communication and patient education are the most important services that we provide, I take the time to fully educate my patients on their conditions and the best treatment options available."
After receiving a bachelor of science in exercise and sports science from Ursinus College, Collegeville, Pa., I earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College, Seneca Falls, N.Y. I am one of ten chiropractors nationally to have completed the VA Doctor of Chiropractic Residency program in Integrated Clinical Practice.
Spinal manipulation, myofascial release, rehabilitative exercises and pain education are a few of the services that I offer. My areas of interest include the conservative treatment of musculoskeletal spinal and extremity pain.
Outside of work, I enjoy lifting weights, yoga, camping and reading.
