"My role model for a physician was the family practice doctor who cared for our family's overall medical needs. This motivated me to pursue a career in primary care medicine, providing a full range of medical services. I believe in open communication and believe that the physician is responsible to be an advocate for the patient in our complex medical system."
Dr. Welsh has served on a number of community boards and helped to develop the Racine Area Geriatric Assessment Center.
