Dr. Choudhuri is an attending Electrophysiologist with the Aurora Medical Group, based at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. His clinical practice serves the greater metropolitan Milwaukee area as well as the southern corridor down to Gurnee, IL, where he has a second practice. He holds the appointment of clinical assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health-Milwaukee, and is actively involved in teaching cardiology and electrophysiology fellows. He has contributed 2 book chapters to the latest edition of Saksena and Camm Electrophysiologic Disorders of the Heart which was published in 2010 one on catheter mapping of arrhythmias, and a second on catheter ablation of ventricular tachycardia.
Dr. Choudhuri is also a clinical researcher and is collaborating with industry to develop new technologies and electrophysiology techniques. Currently he and his mentor, Dr Jasbir Sra, are actively involved in developing future imaging and navigation platforms, and Dr. Choudhuri was the lead author on their recent publication on Virtual Reality navigation.
